Bought plants from other Thai shops?
We collect them in Bangkok, arrange the certificate and ship them to you together. Up to 10 plants per shipment.
Buying directly saves marketplace fees, so we pass the savings on: 10% off the Etsy item price. Shipping is calculated separately.
Shipping is based on the volumetric weight of the box (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5,000) or the actual weight, whichever is greater, from US$52.50 for up to 1 kg (mainland USA). Import duties are included. We send the exact amount in your quote before you pay. See examples.
No. We ship with a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) live plant service, so customs clearance, import duties and taxes are all included in the shipping cost. You will not be asked to pay anything at the door.
Because these are living plants, returns and exchanges are not accepted. We pack every plant carefully with moist root wrap, fixing and insulation to protect it in transit. If your plant arrives damaged, send us photos on the day it arrives and we will work out a solution together.
After you receive the quote, pay within 3 days by card through Payoneer or by bank transfer through Wise. A 5% processing & handling fee is added to card payments via Payoneer.
