Prices: Shown in USD on each product page. Item prices are 10% off our Etsy item prices. Shipping is not included.
Shipping cost: Charged by the actual weight or the volumetric weight (length × width × height in cm ÷ 5,000), whichever is greater, rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. From US$52.50 for up to 1 kg (mainland USA). See the full rate table. Included in your quote before payment. Import duties and taxes are included.
Where we ship: USA only. We do not ship to EU countries due to the EU Plant Health Regulation. For other countries, please contact us before ordering.
Payment method: Credit / debit card through Payoneer, or bank transfer through Wise. A 5% processing & handling fee is added to card payments via Payoneer.
Payment due: Within 3 days of receiving your quote. If payment is not received by then, the order will be cancelled.
Dispatch time: Within 5–7 business days after payment. This includes plant inspection and issuing the phytosanitary certificate (2–4 days). Excludes weekends and Thai public holidays.
Delivery time: About 2–5 business days from dispatch to the USA, by a live plant courier service. A tracking number is sent when your plant ships.
How plants are shipped: Bare root, without pot or soil. Roots are kept moist, fixed in place and wrapped in insulation.
Import documents: A phytosanitary certificate from the Thai Department of Agriculture is included free. CITES permits are arranged for listed species.
Duties & taxes: Included. We ship with a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service: customs clearance, import duties and taxes are all included in the shipping cost, so you will not be charged anything on delivery.
Returns & exchanges: Not accepted, because these are living plants. We pack every plant carefully to protect it during shipping. If your plant arrives damaged, please send us photos on the day it arrives, and we will discuss a solution with you case by case. Minor leaf browning or leaf drop during transit is normal for live plants.
Shipping address: Please check your address carefully. It cannot be changed after the plant has been exported. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong or incomplete address, re-sending costs 50% of the original shipping cost, paid by the buyer. Plants cannot be returned to Thailand.
Order value limit: The total declared value per shipment is limited to US$1,000. For larger orders, please contact us first.
Cancellation: You can cancel before paying. After payment, we start inspection and paperwork, so cancellations cannot be accepted.
